We prepare all our dishes from scratch, using fresh ingredients and warm spices, drawing on classic Indian traditions. Whether you is coming round for lunch, whether it’s a cosy evening or a celebration, our aim remains the same: to provide you with an authentic Indian dining experience every time. The name Jalsa comes from the Indian language and means ‘party’, ‘joy’ and a ‘celebration of life’, and that is the atmosphere we want to bring to the table.

The menu includes, amongst other things, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Dal Makhani, Palak Paneer and Lamb Rogan Josh, along with naan bread, side dishes and desserts such as gulab jamun. We’re based at Ved Stranden 5, st tv, 9000 Aalborg – centrally located and easy to find, whether you’re coming from the office, the city centre or are visiting Aalborg. The restaurant can accommodate both small and large groups, and our premises are designed to ensure a cosy dining experience.
Opening hours: Sunday to Wednesday, 12 noon to 10 pm; Thursday to Saturday, 12 noon to 11 pm.

What are your opening hours?
We open at 12 noon every day of the week. From Sunday to Wednesday we are open until 10 pm, and from Thursday to Saturday until 11 pm.
Do you need to book a table?
We recommend booking at weekends and on busy days. You can book online or call 75 75 75 84.
Do you have a children’s menu?
Yes. Children under 12 have their own menu, featuring, amongst other things, Butter Chicken Naanchos for 88 kr. and chicken nuggets with chips for 68 kr.
Do you serve vegetarian and gluten-free dishes?
Yes. There are 11 vegetarian main courses on the menu, and 12 main courses are labelled as gluten-free. All naan breads contain gluten.
